I have 5 of these things and they've all worked well for several years now. Put in a FRESH battery, follow the instructions and it gives you your choice of mild to very strong muscle stimulation.

So far this item is great. It compliments my workout routine. That's what you need to keep in mind with things like this. It's useless without proper diet and exercise. You need to already be in a certain level of shape before this will do anything for you either. Only complaint is that the unit is small for me. I'm a big guy (6' 2" 200lbs). So I have to move it to different parts of the muscle to get a full complete stimulation. Honestly for the price it's a great starter muscle stimulator. If you see improvement with this then you'll probably benefit from one of the larger nicer units on the market.

I love it and works great for me. My wife on the other hand does not like it because it shocked her. You must put plenty of lotion on this for it to work right. Start low and work your way up. I use this while I am working or watching tv and have the start of a six pack. My wife is using her ab work out videos every week and still does not... you can also use this on your arms and other parts of your body. The instructions show you how and comes with 2nd set of batteries. I had to take one star of for my wife having issues using it or else it would be a 5.

Only worked for about 1 week then it didn't want to turn on I changed the battery cause there was a replacement but didn't work but for that week it worked it was a good muscle enhancer it did do what it was suppose to do
