never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!September 1, 2010 eunice pryor I will never buy a bissell again! I bought this one in Jan. from amazon and it has been a pain ever since. The brush broke so I went to company and had to buy another that cost me a extra 20 some dollors. Plus the belts keep breaking all the time. I give up Iam going back to a Hoover should have bought one in the 1st place.
Great VacuumAugust 28, 2010 Joe E. Bowers Jr.(Houston, TX) This vacuum is incredible. We used it almost immediately when we got it. We keep a clean house, but our vacuum prior had less horse power...the extra "umph" really kicked our cleaning experience in high gear. Highly recommend you go out & buy one of these for great cleaning.

Honestly, I feel like I wasted $100. It's pretty, but that's about it. Very cumbersome and heavy to push around. The cord is a lot shorter than others I've had and I do have to plug it into a different outlet mid-stream. Okay suction, but cup does fill up super-fast. Very sorry I bought this.
Great ValueAugust 8, 2010 MelK We ordered this vacuum and are very happy with it so far. We were amazed at how much it picked up that our old vacuum left behind. Love the bagless feature and the rotating brush attachment, which is especially great for picking up pet hair. The only downside is that the hose attachment is quite still and doesn't stretch all that far. But, definitely a great value for the price!
Bang for your buck!August 7, 2010 DGrace I've had this vacuum for 2 months now without problems.
Pros: - Great suction (main vacuum and hose) - Fantastic accessories - TurboBrush attachment is great for removing dog hair off of furniture! - Light weight - Easy to empty - Good job with dog hair!
Cons - Hose is a little stiff - Cord is a bit shorter than I would like, but isn't it always - Maintenance required for cleaning out upper and lower filters if you would like superior performance. (I have not done this yet, but I can already see the dog hair stuck in them)
Overall, hard to find a better vacuum for the price and quality.
